Back-arms training

After not going to the gym for a week, I thought I had lost all muscle definition.. but all it needed was a gentle wake-up :) And that's exactly what it's going to get this week. Apart from the gentle.

It was back and arms today and I did super and triple sets for the back muscles, and super sets for the triceps. Then I took extra heavy weights and fought my way up with them for the biceps.

I think I'm going to watch a little more closely what I eat, do more aerobic exercise and try to get the six-pack showing by this summer... I'll try to post photos of what I eat, and maybe some recipes if I get around to it. But for now, here are three after-workout photos from today:
